For KC roofers who already have the reviews, the trucks, and the crew. Find out what's leaking after 5pm.
If you finish this in 10 minutes, you'll know exactly how many leads your shop loses after 5pm. You won't need me to tell you. The math will.
I talk to a lot of KC roofers. Most have 50+ reviews, a website that ranks, and trucks they've paid for twice. They're not short on demand. They're losing the demand they already paid for.
The leak shows up in three places. The call you didn't get to in time. The text that sat in someone's pocket. The FB message that was seen Tuesday morning.
This audit finds the leak. It costs you nothing. If you want my help fixing it after, that's a separate conversation.
Tonight at 7pm, call the number on your truck. Don't hang up. Count rings. Note time-to-voicemail. Then listen to the voicemail you actually have. If it says "leave a message and we'll get back to you during business hours," that's a lead telling you no.
Text "need a quote on a hail repair" to your business line. Set a timer. Note when you get any response. Note what it says.
Open Messenger on a friend's phone. Send your page "any availability for an estimate next week?" Time it.
Use a fake name and a real number. Submit it. Note the auto-confirmation. Note when you actually hear from a human.
Desktop: open Google reviews, use Ctrl+F, search "didn't answer" and "couldn't reach." Mobile: open Google Maps, find your business, tap Reviews, scroll the last 50 and look for those phrases.
If you want to put a dollar number on the leak, plug yours in below.
You don't need a stack. You need three things connected.
If you want me to walk through it with you, send me a message. I'm not going to pitch you a package. I'll just show you the wiring and you can decide.
